Are you looking to be part of a team that encourages personal and professional growth?
We’re experiencing consistent growth and we’re looking for carpenter helpers that want steady, year-round work with advancement opportunities.
If you’re ready begin a new and satisfying career as a specialty remodeler, we have a place for you. Start as a carpenter helper and advance to team lead, project manager, or other management roles.
DeckTec Outdoor Design has immediate openings and is now hiring carpenter helpers who are willing and able to learn and grow with us. When it comes to custom decks and outdoor living additions, we’re Colorado’s premier company for over 26 years.
This is an opportunity that’s ideal for carpenters who have experience in residential construction and remodeling. However, we will provide training to the right person if you’re willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
This isn’t any ordinary construction job and you won’t be building cookie cutter decks either. We design and build entirely custom decks for every homeowner. This is a fun job and a valuable skill to learn.
What differentiates us and most other home remodelers?
Well, for starters, you will have immense support in the field and from our office team, plus a great reputation built by many long-term employees.
Young or old, we don’t hire resumes, neither do we hire sub-contractors, or those ‘know-it-all, done-it-alls’ that are unwilling to demonstrate team work.
Additionally, we aren’t looking for seasonal help…. we want full time, year round carpenters for all of our team members and we already have work scheduled through the winter months to keep you busy.
Not only will you be able to learn and develop your skills as a carpenter, but you will also have an incredible support system encouraging you along the way.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, please follow the link below and apply today.
P.S. If you’re looking for a long term career, and not just another job, look no further. We offer room for advancement as you prove your abilities in the field.
