Fresh Deck by Deck Tec is Colorado’s premier deck care solution. It is exclusively offered to DeckTec clients, who demand the highest level of deck care and peace-of-mind protection for their outdoor living addition. We’re here to answer any questions that you may have about it. Below are answers to the frequently asked ones:
We’ll evaluate your existing service history to see if Fresh Deck will provide the best value for you. If so, then we’ll perform a free inspection during our enrollment period to verify the current state and features of your outdoor addition. We’ll then provide a proposal with pricing for your program. After agreeing, we’ll charge your membership account promptly following the enrollment period. We’ll then perform 3 multi-point inspections on your outdoor addition throughout the year, along with following extreme weather events. We’ll clean and finish your deck twice a year (including removing and replacing associated furniture), based on the results of the inspections, maintaining a balance between protection and aesthetics. You’ll also receive one bonus one-step application for a special event, ensuring that your outdoor addition rises to the occasion. Since we’ll stay atop of any issues with your deck, we’ll communicate with you only when necessary. You may not notice Fresh Deck’s presence, but you’ll definitely notice its absence.
Fresh Deck is an annual year to year service. You give Fresh Deck the flexibility to provide the services needed, so that we can give and maintain the timeliness and high quality expected. (You just notice the results.) We’ll regularly inspect and continually do what the deck needs, without you having to tell us to. That applies to payments, too! This all means less worrying about protecting your beautiful deck and more enjoying it. We will communicate, by your preferred method or channel, what and when service will be performed.
Are our current offering going away?
Nope! We’re happy to work with you, just as we always have. Fresh Deck is completely optional. After a review of your service history, we’ll discuss whether Fresh Deck or a traditional offering is a better value for you.

A consistently beautiful deck, for starters! We’ll perform a seasonal complete inspection at least 3 times throughout the year. We’ll also inspect your deck following an extreme weather event is reported in your area. You will get a cleaned and finished deck twice a year (including removing and replacing associated furniture), based on the results of the inspections, maintaining balance between protection and aesthetics. You’ll also get annual priority scheduling for a special event, ensuring that your deck rises to the occasion.

No DeckTec deck is alike, thus, our service is custom designed for each client. After evaluating your service history and inspecting your deck, we’ll discuss pricing for your deck in detail during the enrollment process. A Fresh Deck plan considers (but is not limited to) the following:
- Overall deck size, design and features
- Exposure and level of use
- Access
- Elevation (Ground Level, Second Story, Multi-Level, Etc.)
- Site conditions
- Stairs
- Benches
- Pergolas
- Privacy fences
- Client preferences

Fresh Deck is an annual program-based subscription, with an enrollment taken promptly upon the start of the annual service period February through November.
Fresh Deck offers convenient automatic monthly payments and pre-payment discounts.
An annual enrollment and renewal period for the upcoming year begins in November and extends through February (new decks are included with an initial finish application upon project completion).

If you’ve recently completed a Production or Restoration project with us, then you may already qualify. If our records show that you already qualify, then we may offer the Fresh Deck plan to you prior or during your next maintenance call.
