Constructed from durable concrete pavers well-suited for Colorado’s climate, the patio’s standout features include its wraparound layout, bordering the home on two sides while serving as a seamless extension of its existing living space. Easy to access from both a side door and French double doors at the back of the home, the patio has several distinct seating areas, one of which is elevated, creating a unique vantage point.
The elevated section of the paver patio has two sets of concrete steps, one leading down to the backyard and the other leading to another area of the patio shaded by a large tree.
