A warm, welcoming front entry deck made from rich Ipe hardwood, accented with Redwood B posts and top caps, and finished with sleek Fortress railings. This entryway blends elegance with strength—setting the tone for the entire property.

Back Yard:
The rear deck continues the luxurious Ipe and Redwood combination, framed by a stunning open gable roof cover featuring Cedar fascia, Douglas Fir glu-lams, and Douglas Fir decking. The design integrates Velux skylights, Infratech heaters, and soft rope lighting, creating a cozy year-round retreat.

Below, a Keystone Vintage Antique Pewter paver patio adds contrast and character, complete with a seat wall and firepit—the perfect gathering spot for cool Colorado evenings.

An elegant stucco outdoor kitchen with stainless steel cabinets and a built-in BBQ completes the space, bringing the family’s culinary dreams to life.
