Amazingly Good Eggnog
A seasonal favorite treat, sure to please your family! Ingredients 4 cups milk 5 whole cloves 2 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 12 egg yolks 2 ½ cups light rum 1 ½ cups sugar 4 cups light cream ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg Directions Combine milk, cloves, ½ teaspoon vanilla, and cinnamon in a saucepan. When I mention our office and shop is located in Golden, many people seem to think it’s far away in the mountains for some reason, but it’s actually very close. Our offices have been based in Golden, at the junction of many major roads since 1995. We love that it’s so easy to get anywhere from our central hub with I-76, C-470, I-70, Hwy. 93, and U.S. Hwy. 6 all surrounding us.
