Big news for outdoor living fans up North! For more than 30 years, DeckTec Outdoor Designs, Inc. has been serving the Front Range. And now we’re thrilled to have Scott Fowler, DeckTec’s man on the ground in Larimer County and the surrounding Northern Colorado region to serve even more of the state.
Scott was kind enough to take a moment to share more about himself and what he’s got going on in Northern Colorado.

Where are you from?
I’m originally from Virginia but have lived in Colorado for the past few years. I have family in Colorado and have been visiting frequently since I was young. I always had a love for the mountains and outdoor culture.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I love to participate in all sorts of outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, skiing, and backpacking. Any excuse to get outside and spend time in nature.
What does your job entail?
My job usually consists of helping customers realize their visions of outdoor living space and bringing it into reality.
What is a common question you get from customers?
How I started with DeckTec. I first joined the DeckTec team as a carpenter on the production side of operations. Over the years, I gained a great appreciation for the high level of craftsmanship that goes into each of our projects. They are true works of art!
The best part of my job would definitely have to be seeing the finished product and sharing that moment with the customer as they envision all the joy they will get from this enhanced outdoor living experience.
