The upper deck has thoughtful design elements throughout, from a spacious drink bar that can hold beverages, plates, plants or citronella candles to low-voltage outdoor deck lighting that bathes the outdoor space in a gentle glow. The deck also has a single-slope roof providing protection from above, a wooden staircase leading to the backyard below and 95’ of metal picket deck railing that enhances safety without hindering views.
