DeckTec recently completed this stunning three-part outdoor living project for a home in Downtown Golden, Colorado, expanding the residents’ usable outdoor space while boosting the home’s curb appeal and value. The project included three key additions: front entry steps with a railing, a second-story back deck and a backyard paver patio. DeckTec used Deckorators Voyage mineral-based composite in “Mesa” for the front stairs and upper-level decking, and both have rugged Fortress Fe26 steel railings to enhance safety and aesthetic appeal.
