Crafted from durable, water-resistant Mahogany hardwood, the upper deck offers both covered and uncovered outdoor space as well as an enclosed sunroom for year-round use and enjoyment. The sunroom has a hip roof with operable skylights for ventilation, and it also has awning windows that flood the interior with warmth and natural light. The sunroom’s exterior features rugged hardwood siding, while the moisture-resistant drywall interior helps ensure a dry, structurally sound living space.
