DeckTec recently completed this stunning three-part outdoor living project for a home in Downtown Golden, Colorado, expanding the residents’ usable outdoor space while boosting the home’s curb appeal and value. The project included three key additions: front entry steps with a railing, a second-story back deck and a backyard paver patio.
