Budgeting for a Repair
Much like a car, the cost of repairing your deck can vary greatly. DeckTec’s minimum charge for any repair and/or refinishing project is $3,000-$5,000 depending on the size of your deck and scope of work to be done.
Site Assessment Fee
If you would like DeckTec to evaluate the condition of your deck and provide general advice regarding repairs, we are happy to do so for a Site Assessment fee of $500.00. This includes:
- An in-person site inspection from one of our qualified Outdoor Living Specialists
- On-site recommendations regarding which components of your deck should be repaired, or if your deck should be replaced
This service might be a good fit for you if:
- You are working with a realtor or are a prospective buyer of a property and would like a quick, general idea of the condition of the deck
- You would like a storm damage evaluation of your deck that was constructed by a company other than DeckTec
This service does not include written plans, estimates, or a commitment by DeckTec to perform the work; however, if you choose DeckTec as your contractor, the $500.00 Site Assessment Fee will be applied to the work completed.
