Crafted from premium Mahogany hardwood, the second-story wood deck wraps around the large residence, providing several distinct areas for dining, lounging and entertaining. A gable roof covers much of the deck area, providing shade from the sun and shelter from rain or snow, and stairs lead down into the landscaped backyard, offering easy access to the ground-level patio and water feature.
While the deck’s wrap-around design maximizes the home’s usable space, it also serves as a cover for part of the patio below, creating even more sheltered outdoor space for the family to enjoy. It also boosts the home’s curb appeal, helping it stand out amongst the other high-end homes in the neighborhood.
